Project Overview

This Santa Monica renovation transformed a classic Art Deco home into a stunning blend of historic character and contemporary living. The project preserved original architectural details while introducing modern minimalism through open floor plans, soaring skylights that flood the interiors with natural light, and the use of white rift cut white oak throughout. Every material was hand-selected to honor the home's heritage while delivering the performance and aesthetics of a modern residence. The result is a seamless dialogue between the 1930s and today.
